About The Position

Park Dental Maple Grove is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Patient Care Coordinator to join our practice. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming experience while helping patients navigate their dental care journey. Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming and positive experience for patients by greeting, checking in, and assisting them throughout their visit
  • Coordinate and manage patient schedules, including appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up communication
  • Answer patient questions regarding appointments, billing, and insurance benefits
  • Verify insurance coverage and assist with patient account management
  • Accurately enter and maintain patient information and records
  • Collaborate with doctors and team members to ensure efficient office operations and exceptional patient care
  • Utilize scheduling and practice management software to support daily operations
  • Assist with resolving patient concerns and identifying solutions that support a positive patient experience
