About The Position

Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, hospitality, retail, or administrative roles is preferred

Dental experience is welcome but not required.
Dental insurance knowledge is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming and positive experience for patients by greeting, checking in, and assisting them throughout their visit
Coordinate and manage patient schedules, including appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up communication
Answer patient questions regarding appointments, billing, and insurance benefits
Verify insurance coverage and assist with patient account management
Accurately enter and maintain patient information and records
Collaborate with doctors and team members to ensure efficient office operations and exceptional patient care
Utilize scheduling and practice management software to support daily operations
Assist with resolving patient concerns and identifying solutions that support a positive patient experience
