Reporting Structure: The Patient Care Coordinator will report directly to the Front Desk Supervisor. This line of reporting supports a structured and efficient communication flow and provides clear direction and support for the PCC role. The Front Desk Supervisor oversees the administrative functions of the clinic and ensures that the team works in unison to provide excellent patient service.
