Patient Care Coordinator

Amazing Care is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to assist their skilled nursing team. Pediatric home health is a great way to gain hands-on experience in a variety of areas. Requirements
- Strong Communication through Phone, Text, Email
- 1+ year of previous scheduling experience (healthcare preferred)
- Previous billing experience (preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Previous healthcare experience preferred (medical assistant, certified nursing assistant)
Responsibilities
- Track daily visits, adjust scheduling as necessary
- Assure Plan of Treatment services and frequencies are consistent with client schedules
- Communicating with director of clinical services regarding staffing challenges and concerns to increase scheduling productivity
