Requirements
- 1+ year of dental experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Confidence juggling a fast-paced schedule with a calm, can-do attitude
- Detail-oriented with top-notch organization
- A passion for creating a welcoming, patient-first experience
Responsibilities
- Be the friendly face and voice of the practice—answering calls, welcoming patients, and managing schedules
- Keep patient records accurate, up to date, and complete
- Handle questions, concerns, and scheduling needs with empathy and professionalism
- Coordinate seamlessly with the clinical team to keep patient visits smooth and on time
- Participate in team huddles and training—because we’re always learning and growing
- Help maintain a clean, fully stocked, and organized front desk area
