Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of dental administration experience required
- Experience discussing treatment plans and financial arrangements
- Knowledge of dental billing, insurance, and scheduling procedures
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and highly dependable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
- Compassionate, professional, and committed to providing outstanding service

Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and build trusting relationships from their first visit
- Clearly and compassionately explain treatment plans and next steps
- Review treatment costs, insurance coverage, and financial options
- Coordinate appointments to ensure patients receive timely care
- Verify insurance benefits and assist with claims processing
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment information
- Follow up with patients, answer questions, and provide ongoing support
- Act as the bridge between patients and the clinical team
- Ensure every patient feels heard, informed, and cared for throughout their journey
