This opportunity, located in Helena, Montana, is within the Patient Care department and reports to the Patient Care Coordinator Supervisor. Requirements

• Graduation from high school or equivalent
• One (1) year experience in office support, clerical, or reception

Nice To Haves

• One (1) year experience in a medical and/or dental
• Associate degree in business or office technology and medical office experience

Responsibilities

• Performing patient intake and reception duties.
• Scheduling and confirming patient appointments.
• Greeting and checking in patients.
• Interviewing patients to complete intake documents.
• Taking payments.
• Insurance and data verification.
• Accurate preliminary data entry.
• Answering and directing telephone calls.
• Making telephone calls for scheduling and outreach.
• Maintaining records and transmitting correspondence.
• Occasional travel is required.
