About The Position
As a Vironix Patient Care Coordinator, you will use your clinical training to help patients stay healthier from home. You will meet patients on-site at partner clinics to set them up with home health monitoring tools, then check in remotely by phone or video to review their vitals and follow up on their wellbeing. The role offers a flexible hybrid schedule that you help shape weeks in advance. It is intended for Medical Assistants, LPNs, and RNs who want to continue using their clinical skills and providing patient care without the physical demands of bedside care.
