About The Position
As a Vironix Patient Care Coordinator, you will help patients stay healthier from home by setting them up with home health monitoring tools and providing remote follow-up. You will meet patients on-site at partner clinics, then check in by phone or video to review their vitals and ask how they are doing. The role offers a flexible hybrid schedule that employees help shape weeks in advance. It is intended for Medical Assistants, LPNs, and RNs who want to continue using their clinical skills and providing patient care without the physical demands of bedside care.
