About The Position

For more than 30 years, Hearing Associates of Northern Virginia has provided personalized hearing healthcare to patients throughout McLean, VA, and the surrounding communities. They are seeking a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Patient Care Coordinator to support the daily operations of their busy practice. As the first point of contact for patients, you'll play an essential role in creating a welcoming experience while managing appointments, patient communication, and front office responsibilities that help the practice run smoothly. Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Welcome patients and create a positive first impression during every visit.
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally and courteously.
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments to maintain an efficient provider schedule.
Collect patient payments and assist with routine insurance and administrative tasks.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Communicate patient information promptly with providers and the clinical team.
Support day-to-day front office operations and assist with additional administrative duties as needed.
