About The Position

Drayer Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a Part Time Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in Philipsburg, PA. This is an entry-level office role responsible for maintaining pleasant and consistent daily operations of the clinic. The role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to multitask across multiple computer programs. A day in the life of a Patient Care Coordinator involves greeting patients, scheduling new referrals, verifying insurance, collecting payments, and maintaining an organized workspace. The Patient Care Coordinator - I (PCC-I) supports clinic growth through excellence in patient intake processes and works in collaboration with the Clinic Director to ensure efficient clinic procedures, supporting the mission, vision, and values of Upstream Rehabilitation.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership
Ability to multitask

Responsibilities

Collect all money due at the time of service
Convert referrals into evaluations
Schedule patient visits
Create an inviting clinic atmosphere
Make all welcome calls
Monitor and influence arrival rate through creation of a great customer experience
Manage schedule efficiently
Manage document routing
Manage personal overtime
Manage non-clinical documentation
Manage deposits
Manage caseload, D/C candidate, progress note, and insurance reporting
Monitor clinic inventory
Attend any required training for Raintree and other business process updates
Complete quarterly compliance training
