Requirements

• A minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on dental office experience.
• Understanding of dental terminology, clinical procedure codes, and treatment sequencing.
• Deep familiarity with PPO plans, fee schedules.
• Exceptional customer service skills: friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to build rapport, ease financial anxieties, and make patients feel valued.
• Meticulous attention to detail in patient ledger accounting, insurance data entry, and schedule optimization.
• Proven track record of commitment, reliability, and career longevity.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Nice To Haves

• Prior proficiency in Dentrix is highly preferred.
