About The Position
LaserAway is the nation's leader in aesthetic dermatology, combining medical expertise with luxury-level service across hundreds of clinics nationwide. The Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) acts as a trusted advisor, building loyal patient relationships and driving business outcomes. PCCs own every consultation relationship from the first interaction through long-term loyalty, helping patients achieve results they didn't think were accessible. This role involves conducting one-on-one consultations, designing customized treatment plans, and guiding patients through their aesthetic journey. The PCC will utilize LaserAway's custom CRM, which provides a pipeline of marketing-generated leads and patient history, ensuring preparedness for each consultation.
Requirements
- 2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales.
- Comfortable in a commission-first structure.
- Polished, confident, and genuinely patient-centered in every interaction.
- Weekend availability required.
- Motivated by results.

Responsibilities
- Owning a patient book and a revenue target to grow.
- Leading one-on-one consultations.
- Designing customized treatment plans.
- Guiding patients through their full aesthetic journey.
- Conducting consultations.
- Educating patients on laser, body contouring, and injectable services.
- Presenting treatment plans and financing options.
- Partnering with clinicians and the Location Director to deliver a seamless, premium patient experience from arrival through checkout.
- Utilizing LaserAway's custom CRM for lead management and patient history access.
