About The Position

Resolve Sleep Health is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join their team in the Greater Halifax area. This role will cover four clinic locations on a weekly basis and requires evening and Saturday shifts. The position is guaranteed 30 hours plus a week, with the ability to travel within 1 hour of the Halifax area. In this front-line role, the Patient Care Coordinator will be the first point of contact for patients, responsible for setting a positive and supportive tone. They will help ensure the clinic runs smoothly, support the clinical team, and contribute to excellent patient care.

Requirements

A passion for people and exceptional customer service skills
Detail-oriented and a quick learner who thrives in a busy clinic
A team-first mindset and a solutions-focused approach
Previous experience in healthcare, administration, or customer service
Comfort with digital tools, including attention to detail and accuracy in EMR systems, documentation and virtual care (training provided)
Ability to travel within 1 hour of the Halifax area is required

Welcoming patients and helping them navigate their care journey with friendly, high quality service standards
Coordinating appointments, managing referrals, and providing administrative support
Educating patients on sleep therapy assessments, support and equipment
Handling insurance claims, payments, and billing
Supporting sales of therapy products and resupply
Contributing to a clean, organized, and well-functioning clinic environment
