About The Position

Rehab Advantage & Sports Medicine is seeking a full-time Patient Care Coordinator for their Metter, GA clinic. This role is central to the front office operations and significantly impacts the patient experience. Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and professionally
• Schedule appointments & collect co-pays
• Help ensure every patient receives excellent care
• Manage daily schedules
• Track appointments to reduce cancellations and improve efficiency
• Work within EMR systems
• Assist with insurance billing & Georgia state contracts
• Ensure accuracy and compliance
• Help with patient engagement events
• Participate in quarterly workshops (1 evening or Saturday per quarter)
