Detailed Overview In accordance with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) standards of practice and the Mission and Values of Fraser Health, the Patient Care Coordinator provides clinical supervision, guidance and support to nursing staff, other clinical team members and support staff within the assigned unit(s). The Patient Care Coordinator has responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the assigned unit(s) including daily patient flow. Supports/participates in research, policy, quality improvement and risk management activities. The Patient Care Coordinator performs their duties with a unit or hospital focus and supports program and/or regional activities.
