About The Position

We are currently seeking a Rental Equipment Coordinator to be responsible for facilitating rental coordination and delivery to Cansel clients across British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan from a fulfillment facility in Burnaby. Reporting to the Rental Manager, you will schedule all rental equipment operations for clients in the geospatial survey, mapping, and scanning industry. This posting is for an open vacancy.

Requirements

• Strong administration skills
• Solid organizational skills
• Technically savvy with the ability to learn new systems
• Service desk experience (calibration, setup, troubleshooting, etc.)
• Experience loading software onto field devices
• Excellent verbal, phone, and email communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Nice To Haves

• Rental coordination experience
• Electronics experience
• Experience working with survey, mapping, or scanning equipment

Responsibilities

• Create and schedule rental contracts
• Configure rental equipment and systems to customer specifications
• Inspect, calibrate, and maintain rental equipment
• Schedule and plan equipment service and maintenance
• Manage delivery logistics
• Maintain up-to-date equipment checklists
• Manage the product lifecycle of rental equipment to keep inventory current
• Support the evaluation and preparation of rental tools for resale.
• Maintain the rental area in a clean and professional manner
• Assist with the setup of new equipment when required
