The Hearing Care Coordinator (HCC) works closely with the clinical staff to ensure patients are provided with quality care and service. By partnering with the Hearing Care Professionals onsite, the HCC provides support to referring physicians and patients. The HCC will schedule appointments, verify insurance benefits and details, and assist with support needs within the clinic. This role involves greeting patients, managing appointments, verifying insurance, providing first-level patient support, processing payments, preparing bank deposits, submitting daily reports, handling sales for accessories, processing repairs, managing inventory, and assisting with community outreach events.
