No prior property management experience is required; skills from customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, administrative support, maintenance, construction, or other hands-on work are considered valuable. The event aims to help people discover potential career paths and understand how their current skills can be a good fit for roles such as Leasing Professionals, Assistant Property Managers & Property Managers, Maintenance Technicians, and Assistant Service Managers & Service Managers.

Requirements

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, administrative support, maintenance, construction, or other hands-on work is a potential fit.
Ability to learn about different jobs available at apartment communities.
Willingness to attend a Career Discovery Event to meet the local team and ask questions.

Responsibilities

Give tours, answer questions, and share information about the community as a Leasing Professional.
Support the team, help residents, manage daily operations, and keep the property running smoothly as an Assistant Property Manager or Property Manager.
Complete service requests, prepare apartments for new residents, make repairs, and assist with general property upkeep as a Maintenance Technician.
Lead the maintenance team and ensure service requests, repairs, and property needs are handled safely and efficiently as an Assistant Service Manager or Service Manager.
