About The Position

We are looking for someone who owns the patient experience. You’re the calm in someone’s anxious moment, the clarity when things feel overwhelming, and the reason a patient chooses to come back. This role involves welcoming patients with warmth and confidence, keeping the clinic running smoothly through managing phones, scheduling, check-ins, and billing, clearly explaining treatment plans and insurance, and acting as the connection between patients and the clinical team. Requirements

  • 2+ years in a dental office
  • Strong understanding of dental terminology
  • Experience with Cleardent or similar software
  • Clear, calm, and confident communication
