The College of Health at Ball State University invites applications for a part-time Patient Care Coordinator within the Interprofessional Community Clinics (ICCs). This position plays an important role in supporting the daily clinical operations of the ICCs while serving as a welcoming and professional point of contact for patients, clients, visitors, and community partners. The Patient Care Coordinator assists with patient registration and scheduling, clinic communications, patient record management, billing-related support activities, and front-office operations. This role is ideal for an organized, service-oriented professional who enjoys working in a collaborative healthcare environment and is committed to providing exceptional patient support and customer service. Candidates who are proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting community-based healthcare services are encouraged to apply. This position is part-time, non-exempt staff at 25 hours per week. Benefits are not available for this position.
