Responsibilities

Keep the Flow Fabulous: You’ll keep our schedule full, flowing, and fabulous, ensuring every patient is taken care of promptly.
Master the Desk: From answering phones like a total pro to managing insurance, billing, and treatment plans, you’ll keep everything running like a well-oiled machine.
Connect & Communicate: You’ll be the go-to person who helps parents navigate their care, answers questions with confidence, and ensures no detail ever "falls through the cracks."
