Requirements

Responsibilities

Greet patients, answer phones, check patients in and out, handle insurance verifications, and manage appointment scheduling.
Clearly present treatment plans and financial options to patients.
Find ways to say "YES!" and help patients get started on their treatment plans.
Work closely with the Practice Manager to ensure smooth scheduling, patient follow-ups, and clear communication.
Be accountable for achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
Support and represent the company both verbally and through your actions.
Provide a “red carpet” experience to every patient, ensuring they feel heard, cared for, and valued.
