About The Position
The team at Altima Jane Street located in Toronto are looking for a passionate, hard-working Patient Care Coordinator on a part-time basis. The ideal Patient Care Coordinator for our team will be highly motivated to facilitate the patient’s office experience in being seamless and ensure the patient leaves well informed and prepared for their next appointment. 123Dentist is Canada’s largest majority dentist-owned network of dental practices, with almost 500 locations nationwide and nearly 8,000 employees. Providing a long-term career in a growing network located in multiple communities across the country, at all levels of the industry.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience as a dental office administrator / receptionist or combination of diploma in dental office administration and 1-2 years administrative experience
- Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a Patient Care Coordinator is considered an asset
- Experience with dental practice management software such as Dentrix is considered an asset
