About The Position

BenchMark Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in Johnson City, TN. This is an entry-level office role responsible for maintaining the pleasant and consistent daily operations of the clinic. The role requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to learn quickly, and proficiency in multitasking across multiple computer programs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership
• Ability to multitask
• Organizational detail
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Work with little to no supervision
• Efficient time management and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service
• Convert referrals into evaluations
• Schedule patient visits
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere and make all welcome calls
• Monitor and influence arrival rate through creation of a great customer experience
• Manage schedule efficiently
• Manage document routing
• Manage personal overtime
• Manage non-clinical documentation
• Manage deposits
• Manage caseload, D/C candidate, progress note, and insurance reporting
• Monitor clinic inventory
• Attend any required training for Raintree and other business process updates
• Complete quarterly compliance training
