About The Position
At Midwest Dental supported by Smile Brands, we believe exceptional patient care starts the moment a patient walks through our doors. Our Weston office is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Patient Care Coordinator who is passionate about creating positive experiences and helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and supported throughout every visit. As a key member of our front office team, you'll create a warm and welcoming environment while supporting patient scheduling, communication, insurance coordination, and the day-to-day operations of the practice. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships with patients, and take pride in delivering outstanding customer service, we'd love to meet you. No dental experience? No problem! We're willing to train the right candidate with a strong customer service background and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities
- Welcome patients with warmth, professionalism, and a positive first impression
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately
- Schedule appointments and coordinate daily patient flow to support an exceptional office experience
- Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with questions regarding coverage and payment options
- Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and provide outstanding customer service
- Support treatment acceptance by helping patients understand next steps and financial arrangements
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times
- Partner closely with doctors, hygienists, and team members to deliver seamless patient care
