About The Position

Our office, Gulf Coast Endodontics in Pasadena, TX is seeking a motivated, organized, and team-oriented Dental Insurance Coordinator / Front Desk team member to join our growing practice! We are seeking someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced endodontic office environment. We're seeking someone friendly, organized, and enthusiastic about providing excellent patient care. Your Responsibilities You will be responsible for making a positive and lasting first impression. The ideal candidate should bridge the gap between customer obsession and clerical management. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while during their visit which means the following: Welcoming patients to the dental office Maintaining accurate patient records Answering all incoming calls and redirecting them or keeping messages Verifying dental insurance benefits and eligibility Sending and following up on insurance claims Working and managing A/R reports Assisting with treatment planning and financial discussions Cross-training with front desk duties Providing excellent customer service to patients and referring offices Qualifications Posting insurance payments accurately Check, sort and forward emails Keep updates records and files Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper ect.) As an essential member of our office, you will also help to facilitate/coordinate other office responsibilities as needed. Your Background You are a resourceful Patient Care Coordinator that strives to ensure patients receive the experience they deserve. You also have the following: Endodontic experience is a plus but not required Dental office experience preferred Knowledge of dental insurance and billing processes Experience with dental software is a plus Familiarity with office machines (e.g fax, printer ect.) Requirements

  • Dental office experience preferred
