Seeking Experienced Patient Care Coordinator / Front Desk
About The Position

This role involves preparing the provider's clinic schedule, ensuring all necessary documents are on file, and being well-prepared for the day. The Patient Care Coordinator will provide education and support to patients and their families regarding the provider's treatment recommendations. This position also ensures compliance with healthcare regulations and standards while maintaining patient confidentiality, and facilitates referrals to appropriate services such as physical therapy, pain management, or diagnostic imaging. All interactions and updates must be documented accurately in the patient's medical records.
Requirements
- Must speak fluent English and Spanish.
- Strong knowledge of clinic operations and medical practices.
- Solid understanding of human anatomy to effectively assess patient needs.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Speak fluent Spanish and English.
- This role requires a compassionate individual who is dedicated to patient care and satisfaction.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of orthopedic practices is a plus.
