About The Position

Adapt Chiropractic in Papillion, NE is hiring a full-time Patient Care Coordinator - Chiropractic Assistant (Clinical / Tech CA) to step into a mission-driven, impact-focused role that blends clinical precision with patient education and confident care plan presentation. This is not your typical front desk job; it's where healing starts. The role involves a clinical + sales hybrid where precision meets persuasion and education drives outcomes. You will conduct patient exams and diagnostics, take and analyze X-rays, posture assessments, and inflammation scans, assist doctors during exams and progress evaluations, present, explain, and sell care plans with confidence, guide patients one-on-one through nutritional and gut-healing programs, educate patients on exercise protocols and corrective care, handle objections and confrontation professionally, accurately document patient histories, trauma, and progress, and represent Adapt Chiropractic at community screenings and events.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of sales experience (preferred)
  • ARRT Limited Radiographer certification
  • Medical, chiropractic, or clinical experience (strongly preferred)
  • A high-energy personality that can influence decisions
  • Strong one-on-one communication skills
  • Comfort handling objections and tough conversations professionally
  • An interest or background in exercise science, kinesiology, personal training, or wellness coaching
  • Nebraska X-ray Certification (required within 2 months of hire)
  • Willingness to study outside office hours (materials provided)
  • Ability to work the listed schedule and attend weekend events

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient exams and diagnostics
