About The Position

At Adapt Chiropractic in Papillion, NE, we're hiring a full-time Patient Account Coordinator – Chiropractic Assistant for our front desk out-take/check-out team. This is not your typical front desk job. This is a precision role, mission-driven and impact-focused, where you'll help people heal when traditional healthcare has failed them. Your day will begin by leading the daily team huddle and ensuring the office starts strong and organized. You will welcome patients with energy and professionalism, manage check-ins, keep schedules running smoothly, and track patient compliance. Throughout the day, you'll handle financial conversations, process payments, provide billing support and insurance verification, and meticulously manage high-volume data entry. You'll support patients with handouts and confirmations, monitor weekly statistics, and represent Adapt Chiropractic at community events. This is a front desk, patient-facing position that focuses on financial tasks, data, and accountability, offering a more precise and dominant approach than intake. Requirements

  • Highly detail-driven
  • Strong dominance and confidence (not a pushover)
  • Comfortable handling financial objections

  • Distinct from intake: lower extroversion, higher precision, and authority
  • 3+ years' experience in administrative, billing, account-based, or financial roles
  • Strong professionalism and communication skills
