About The Position

The Bone Growth Therapies Patient Care Coordinator (remote) will assist direct Orthofix Territory Managers, ASMs, RVPs, as well as Orthofix Distributors with patient education and device in-services.

Requirements

  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent customer service experience. Minimum 2 years experience.
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent record keeping
  • Excellent collaborative and communication skills
  • Travel required within territory, if needed
  • If traveling by car, a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance is required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct, personal, and timely service representing Orthofix in a professional and straightforward manner where and when applicable.
  • Conduct Patient Calls to educate, gather information, and capture relevant information related to servicing with BGT devices.
  • Assist with Patient Fittings virtually. In person where and when applicable.
  • Support Territory Managers, accounts and patients within your region.
  • Assist with educational meetings with patients and office staff regarding the benefits of the Orthofix stimulation products.
  • Discuss explanation of benefits and financial responsibilities with patients.
  • Facilitate paperwork collections for order submissions.
  • Coordinate all patient service and patient experience activities in conjunction with TM, ASM and RVP.
