Requirements

  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish require
  • Minimum of 1 year customer service role(s) experience preferred
  • Strong communication, customer service, problem solving, and organizational skills
  • Must be able to work independently and proficient with technology

Responsibilities

  • The Patient Care Representative provides exceptional customer service ensuring patients have the post-operative information and assistance needed during their recovery period.
  • Manages high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Answers incoming calls and provides accurate and satisfactory information to post-operative queries and concerns
  • Performs outbound calls ensuring follow-up of all post-operative patients
  • Maintains open communication with post-operative patients via electronic platforms (e-mail, message, etc.)
  • Collaborates with other department representatives to resolve patient concerns
