About The Position

The Patient Care Administrator (PCA)/Quality Assurance (QA) will be primarily responsible for capturing and entering clinical trial data while following GCP and ICH guidelines. The PCA/QA responsibilities revolve around entering databases with accurate information, identifying errors and inconsistencies in accordance with study timelines. The PCA/QA will also develop and maintain good communications and working relationships with study personnel. This position requires an outgoing, friendly personality and someone who enjoys working with a diverse population of people, along with strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

  • Sponsor and patient communication
  • Timely data entry/query resolution
  • Signature process
  • Collaboration with CRC
  • Temperature monitoring
  • Medical record request/distribution
  • Scheduling
  • Check patients in/out.
  • Schedule/reschedule patient appointments.
  • Input patient data into company systems.
  • Greet and assist monitor during remote/onsite visits.
  • Daily temperature monitoring.
  • Investigator signature process.
  • Patient reminder phone calls / emails / texts.
  • Create patient binders.
  • Enter data in accordance with study timelines.
  • Resolve queries in accordance with study timelines.
  • Complete any necessary study training.
  • Prepare charts for monitor visits.
  • Medical record requests
  • Print faxes.
  • Send PCP notification letters.
  • Receives and reviews monitor letters and proactively resolve any issues noted.
  • Attend meetings and/or teleconferences related to assigned study.
  • Complete quality assurance check of all source documents at each visit.
  • Oversee chart organization of source documents.
  • Enter studies in Clinical Conductor (visits, windows, elements, etc.).
