About The Position

The Patient Benefit Representative (PBR) is responsible for verifying patient insurance coverage, reviewing insurance cards, and confirming that insurance is active and effective. This role also involves verifying that required authorizations are attached to medications or treatments and checking outstanding patient balances. The PBR will also assist with front desk responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of healthcare experience within benefits, insurance, EOB
• Strong organization, multitasking, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage complex, high-volume workflows
• Reliable work history and strong tenure
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Tech-savvy with ability to quickly learn systems

• Open to strong recent graduates with relevant experience
