About The Position
Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Part-time Patient Ambassador to provide excellent customer service, assist in daily operations, and guide new patients through their intake process. The role involves maintaining a friendly and professional attitude, collecting samples for drug screens, managing financial records, coordinating with medical staff, and providing clerical support. Crossroads Treatment Centers is dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality, evidence-based medication-assisted treatment (MAT) to combat the opioid epidemic and support patient recovery. The company operates outpatient clinics across multiple states and is committed to diversity and inclusion.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Customer Service experience in a fast paced environment preferred
- Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, office administration preferred
- Lived Addiction experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service
- Check in patients
- Receive payments
- Assist in daily operations
- Maintain a friendly, professional attitude towards patients
- Offer a “white glove” experience
- Provide an exceptional experience by guiding new patients through their intake process
- Collect urine and saliva samples for patient drug screens as needed
- Maintain daily financial records and reports
- Coordinate with medical and clinical staff to coordinate intakes
- Provide clerical and logistical support
- Oversee patient accounts and financial responsibilities
