About The Position

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Part-time Medical Receptionist to join their team. Crossroads has been a leader in treating patients with opioid use disorder since 2005, offering accessible, high-quality, evidence-based medication-assisted treatment (MAT) options. The Medical Receptionist will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, managing daily operations, and ensuring a positive patient experience.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, office administration preferred.
• Lived Addiction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service by checking in patients and receiving payments.
• Assisting in daily operations.
• Maintaining a friendly, professional attitude towards patients, offering a “white glove” experience.
• Guiding new patients through their intake process.
• Collecting urine and saliva samples for patient drug screens as needed.
• Maintaining daily financial records and reports.
• Coordinating with medical and clinical staff to coordinate intakes.
• Providing clerical and logistical support.
• Overseeing patient accounts and financial responsibilities.
