The Patient Advocate promotes and protects client rights by facilitating the complaint and grievance process, escalating unresolved client safety concerns to appropriate staff, and serving as the primary point of contact for concerns related to client experience, including customer service, communication, personal belongings, physical environment, and client rights. Partners with department directors and staff to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.
