About The Position

Quest Physical Therapy is seeking a friendly, organized, and service-driven Patient Advocate to join our team in Issaquah. This full-time role is essential in delivering an exceptional patient experience—from the first phone call through the full course of care. As the first point of contact for many of our patients, you will help create a welcoming environment, ensure smooth scheduling, and support patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive, patient-first attitude with strong attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a healthcare or customer service role
  • Familiarity with medical terminology or insurance processes
  • Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems

Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments and help manage patient treatment plans
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing patient questions and concerns
  • Collaborate closely with our clinical team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Verify insurance coverage and manage prior authorizations.
  • Assist with billing-related inquiries
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Help create a positive, professional, and welcoming clinic environment
