About The Position
As a Patient Advocate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our patients from their initial visit through their treatment journey. This position offers flexibility with both part-time and full-time options available.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with or interest in holistic health practices
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software systems
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to healthcare
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Assist with the intake process for new patients
- Guide new patients through paperwork completion and initial health history documentation
- Administer Heart Rate Variability Tests
- Clearly explain the doctor's recommended treatment plans to patients
- Cover front desk duties as needed, including: Answering phone calls, Scheduling patient appointments, Processing payments
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including: Taking out the trash, Vacuuming, Cleaning and sanitizing treatment rooms
