The successful candidate: Demonstrates the concern and responsiveness of the hospital in meeting the needs of patients by following through on patient requests or complaints with the appropriate personnel and/or departments to assist in improving service.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree required
  • Minimum two years' experience in healthcare or customer service-related field preferred
  • Patient Advocate experience strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft office products
  • Excellent organization, creativity, latitude, independent thinking, personal judgment, and problem-solving skills
  • Relationship building across all levels

Nice To Haves

  • bachelor's degree preferred
