Requirements
- H.S. Diploma or GED
- Demonstrated outstanding customer service experience.
- Clerical and computer experience.
- Organizing and planning.
Nice To Haves
- College level coursework, particularly Medical Terminology or Medical Assistant coursework.
- Upon hire: Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) or Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS)
- Registrar and third party payor experience.
