About The Position

Star Sleep & Wellness is seeking a full-time Patient Administration Coordinator for the front desk at their Dallas location. This role may require flexibility to float between other locations including Frisco, Irving, McKinney, and Denton. As the first point of contact for patients, the coordinator must possess a friendly demeanor and excellent customer service skills. While medical experience is not required, comfort with technology and software is important, as is attention to detail. Daily duties include greeting and checking in patients, verifying necessary documents and insurance cards, assisting with deliveries, spreadsheet tracking, chart preparation, and collaborating with the clinical team. Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required.
