About The Position

We are looking for a Patient Acquisition & Community Outreach Coordinator who is passionate about building relationships, connecting with local communities, and helping more patients access care. This role is focused on community engagement, developing partnerships, building trust, and creating meaningful connections to introduce new patients to our clinics. The ideal candidate is outgoing, well-connected, enjoys meeting people, and wants to make a local impact.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in outreach, community engagement, business development, or a similar role.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Confident, outgoing, and comfortable meeting new people daily.
  • Enjoys being active in the community rather than behind a desk.
  • Builds trust quickly and maintains strong relationships.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple outreach initiatives.
  • Brings energy, initiative, and a growth-focused mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare or dental is an asset.
  • Familiarity with the Burlington community is a strong asset.
  • Second language proficiency is an asset.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to transportation may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Represent clinics at local events, schools, health fairs, and community initiatives.
  • Build awareness of clinics through face-to-face engagement.
  • Connect with individuals and families in a natural, relationship-first way.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and referral partners.
  • Identify opportunities to collaborate within the community.
  • Develop partnerships that lead to consistent patient referrals.
  • Act as a friendly first point of contact for prospective patients.
  • Help guide individuals into care and support their first interaction with the clinic.
  • Support referral programs and local growth initiatives.
  • Work closely with clinic and marketing teams to align outreach efforts.
  • Share insights from the community to support marketing and patient experience.
  • Track outreach activity, leads, and overall impact.
