About The Position

This role involves coordinating with management to develop, implement, and enforce patient billing and follow-up policies and procedures. The supervisor will monitor and adapt to third-party payer changes, utilize software for continuous improvement in reimbursement rates and billing practices, and manage patient accounting staff through interviewing, hiring, and evaluation. The position also focuses on optimizing staff performance, streamlining processes, protecting patient confidentiality, and contributing to team efforts. Secondary duties may include performing staff-level tasks and resolving patient concerns.
