Requirements

Responsibilities
- Managing patient accounts with a high degree of accuracy—from charge entry to payment posting.
- Investigating denied claims and identifying why the numbers aren't lining up.
- Working closely with our clinical staff and insurance providers to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Explaining complex statements to patients with clarity and kindness.
