Responsibilities

• Ensuring confidentiality and the integrity of patient information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
• Perform insurance verification and pre-certification requirements.
• Manage third party carriers and manage care providers as required by the patient's medical coverage as needed.
• Provide high level care, maintaining patient confidentiality and complying with all HIPAA rules and regulations.
