About The Position

Responsible for timely and accurate processing of and effective follow-up on all services, equipment and supplies. In this position, the representative should make every effort to assist the patient with questions and/or concerns and streamline the process for the patient, ensuring a high level of customer service.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in resolving issues as they occur while efficiently managing high work volume in a fast paced work environment.

  • Experience with durable medical equipment.
