About The Position

As a non-profit community hospital, Fitzgibbon Hospital is vital to the health and well-being of the communities it serves in the Marshall, MO and surrounding area. We are looking for a self-driven compassionate Patient Accounts Representative to join our Patient Accounts team. We offer a competitive salary and benefit package. A Patient Accounts Representative: Positively assists patients with meeting their financial obligations Submission of insurance claims to multiple payors Contacts insurance companies to follow up on claims and appeals Maintains acceptable levels of accounts receivable

Requirements

Billing experience - Medicare billing preferred
Dependable: reliable transportation and positive contact number.
