About the Role As a Patient Account Representative (PAR), you'll play a key role in assisting patients with their medical accounts while delivering exceptional customer service. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and working in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound and make outbound calls to assist patients with account-related questions.
  • Clearly explain account balances, payment options, and financial responsibilities.
  • Help patients identify solutions and establish payment arrangements that meet their needs.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate account documentation.
  • Update patient information and ensure account records remain current.
  • Collaborate with teammates and other departments to resolve account concerns.
