Join our team as an Patient Account Representative. In this role as a Patient Rep II, you will be responsible for:
Resolving regulatory and commercial accounts.
Facilitating the analysis and research of EOB’s to problem solve outstanding accounts.
Analyze credit balances and issues refunds as necessary.

Requirements

• 2 years computer experience
• strong customer service skills
• High School Diploma or GED required

Nice To Haves

• Prior office experience in a healthcare environment
• medical terminology
• the ability to multitask and prioritize
